My new Campaign started with 10 Team Leads. 2 of which moved to the other site which leaves us 8 to pretty much run the Manila show. 5 of us were tasked to handle the sales division while the remaining 3 (plus 1 newbie) will be handling parts and warranty.
3-4 weeks during the run, things were starting to feel personal. Egos clashing, emotions stirring and before you know it, the once 5 man management team is now down to 2. Two people resigned a couple of weeks apart. The third simply didn’t show up nor do we know if he’s gonna show up at all. No means of communicating with the bloke so we kinda assumed he’s a goner.
On the other side, 2 of the 4-man team also left for no decent reason and left the team pretty much hanging.
But there is a silver lining. It turns out that the remaining 4-man team are the most efficient in their fields and the campaign is doing better than it could have been had the 5 stayed.
It’s all good now. Very stressful, YES. But the work is fun. Come Monday, 4 new souls will come in and I’m sure that things are going to get nasty. hehe
