It’s December 29, 2009 and I am at the sunny beaches of Boracay. My family and I came here on December 26 at 8:30PM and will be checking out of the Royal Raek Hotel at 12:00NN tomorrow, December 30, 2009. To this writing, we still have not decided on where we will be spending our New Year’s since my nephew, Jujung, has asthma, we will avoid smokes as much as possible (since the Philippines is known for its festive New Years Eve Parties).
Anyway, that’s one part of my life.. The next partwhat I would like to talk about is my work life. Later this year, Pedeli’s Gourmet started. We just went through 4 sold-out bazaars with tons of outside orders. Hopefully, we canget something running by 2010.
Another thing that I would want to make is what everyone calls a “Bucket List”. It’s a list of everything that I would want to do or accomplish before I die.
It’s just a start but off the top of my head, I would like to:
1. Be light enough to Bunjee Jump.
2. Rock climb.
3. Mountainclimb.
4. Successfully start and run Pedeli Foods.
Well, so far…
